You are buying online, so you cannot handle the product first. That is why you have 14 days to change your mind. Here is exactly how that works.
1. Your cooling-off period
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
The period starts the day after you, or someone you have designated, takes receipt of the product. If you ordered several products that are delivered separately, the period starts the day after you receive the last one.
2. What you may do during that period
You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond what is needed to establish its nature and functioning, we may charge for the resulting diminished value.
3. How to withdraw
Send us an unambiguous statement by email to info@equiviento.com within the period. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to: an ordinary message is enough, as long as it is clear that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
We confirm receipt of your notice by email.

4. Returning the product
Send the product back to Blasco Ibáñez 1, App 121, 46389 Turís, España within fourteen days of your notice.
Please return it in its original packaging or an equivalent box, with all accessories.
We cover the cost of returning the item; contact us first at info@equiviento.com and we will arrange the return label.
5. Refund
Once we have received your notice, we refund everything you paid within fourteen days, including the standard outbound shipping cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have shown that you have sent it back.
You receive the refund via the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Refunds cost you nothing.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we do not refund that additional cost.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specification or clearly personalised, nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene once the seal has been broken. Where an exception applies to a product, we state it clearly before you order.
