Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with Equiviento through this website. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

You can reach us by email with any question about your order. We answer messages as quickly as we can.

2. What these terms apply to

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every contract that results from it. Different arrangements apply only where we have expressly agreed them with you.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and you see them before you finalise your order.

We do our best to show prices and product information correctly. If a price contains an obvious mistake or typing error, we are not obliged to deliver at that price. We will contact you and you may cancel the order free of charge.

4. How the contract is formed

The contract is formed at the moment you complete your order and the payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation by email with a summary of your order.

If that confirmation does not arrive, please check your spam folder and otherwise contact us.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card or account details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our own servers.

We only prepare an order once the payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We ship your order as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of the contract being formed, unless we agree otherwise with you.

If we cannot meet that deadline, we will let you know in time and you may cancel the contract free of charge. You then receive a full refund within fourteen days.

7. Right of withdrawal

After receiving your order you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. How that works, what you get back and which exceptions apply is set out on the Right of withdrawal page.

8. Conformity and guarantee

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract: one that does what you may reasonably expect of it. This statutory conformity guarantee applies for 3 years from delivery.

The HayNest is made for daily use by horses. Normal wear, damage caused by improper use and damage following modifications to the product are not covered by the guarantee.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, let us know at info@equiviento.com. You will receive a substantive reply within fourteen days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period.

10. Disputes

If we cannot resolve matters together, you may turn to a recognised dispute resolution body. The European Commission maintains a list of those bodies per country: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you always retain the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or health. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order always govern that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
